Once the design process has commenced or any discussion regarding designs has begun, we do not offer refunds or returns.
To qualify for a return, no design processing should have started, excluding any incurred money transfer fees.
Certain types of services are exempt from returns. These include cases where no design work or project commencement has occurred, or in instances where issues arise on our end due to compelling circumstances.
If you have completed all necessary steps and have not yet received your refund, please reach out to us at {email address}.
Please note that you are responsible for the costs associated with returning our service. Transfer money fees are non-refundable. Should you receive a refund, the return money costs will be deducted accordingly.
The refund process typically takes between 1 to 15 working days.
